Computer Networking
Computer networking is communication between computers using different operating system and Sharing the resources. The advantage of networking is you can minimize the hardware requirements in a large enterprise and cut down the expenses. You can secure, send and receive large files or E-mail to any part of the location. You can purchase a flight ticket or do tele purchases and many more. It requires at least two or hundred of computers to establish networking. Today networking has become the backbone of any Industry or departments.
This course is all about computers such as client and servers and networking devices such as switches and routers, network media, configuring clients and servers in LAN and sharing networked resources. Students will learn from scratch about Networking Technologies in WAN & LAN such as wired and Wireless Networks and will be competent to Implement, Design, Configure and Troubleshoot from a small Network to Large Networks.
